Dashboard - A central overview showing key time-tracking, attendance, and workforce information at a glance
Organization - A branch or business unit where general information and time-tracking settings are managed, including shift configurations, time zone, pay period, working days, days off, and rounding rules.
Locations - Geographic points that represent a business’s physical locations or worksites. They can be added using an address, and can be used to define areas for geofencing and location-based time tracking.
Integrations - Connections with other software or services that allow data to be shared between systems.
Devices - A dedicated page for adding and managing time clocks used by employees to record their working time and attendance.
Billing - The section where subscription plans, invoices, payments, and billing details are managed.
Team - A group of employees or users who work together within the organization.
Timesheets - Records of the hours employees have worked, including their recorded start, end, and break times.
Absence Approvals - The page for reviewing and approving employees' absence requests, such as vacation or sick leave.
Punch Approvals - The webpage for reviewing and approving employees' recorded clock-ins, clock-outs, or time entries.
Groups - A way to organize team members based on shared characteristics, such as department, team type, role, or other common criteria. Groups help you manage and organize your workforce more efficiently.
Projects - Specific tasks, initiatives, or pieces of work that employees can track their working time against.
Clients - Customers or external organizations that projects or tracked working hours can be associated with.
Schedules - Planned working hours that define when employees are expected to work.
Contracts - Agreements that define an employee's working conditions, such as working hours, break hours, employment period, or pay-related terms.
Pay period - A report that summarizes employees’ tracked working hours, attendance, absences, and other time-related data for a specific pay period.
Attendance - A report that provides an overview of employees’ attendance, including working time, absences, late arrivals, and other attendance-related information.
Mapping - A report that provides an overview of employees’ locations and movement during their working hours, helping you monitor where work activity takes place.
