Shipping Policy

Timedox hardware — biometric time clocks (TDX-TP200, TDX-SLP200), NFC clock-in stickers, and proximity cards — ships from our U.S. warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Timedox software plans and device activation codes are delivered digitally by email right after purchase — no physical shipment is involved.

We ship within the United States via standard ground carriers. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the items and destination. Any free-shipping promotion will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

At this time we ship hardware within the United States. Customers in Israel are served by our Israeli store at timedox.co.il; for other locations, please contact our team.
